APPOINTMENTS
information
- Appointments will be hosted at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia Paris & Shangri-La Paris.
- Appointments begin at 9:30 AM and end at 5:50 PM, with each appointment lasting 20 minutes.
- The venues will open one hour before the start of the first appointment.
Appointment System
- Appointments are pre-scheduled, guiding Buyers to follow a sequence of tables. Please note that not all Buyers will meet with all Exhibitors.
- Changes to agendas are not permitted.
- No Preference Matching: DUCO focuses on French destinations, and all invited Buyers represent portfolios of high-end clientele aligned with Exhibitors’ target markets.
- DUCO Buyers may attend appointments in pairs, working as a duo. This format accommodates the high demand for top-qualified agents at DUCO and optimizes Exhibitors’ time and investment.
- Participants remain in the same venue throughout the summit (table allocations can be found in the DUCO App under “Exhibitors” – search for company name to find the table number).
Agenda of Appointments Online Access
- Participants will receive their personalized agenda up to one week before the summit via a unique link sent to their registered email.
- The agenda will also be accessible in the DUCO App under “Event Program > My Schedule.”
- Alternatively, the same link will be available in your DUCO App profile under “View Profile.”
- No Printed Files: DUCO does not provide printed agendas.
Missed Appointments
- DUCO takes no-shows very seriously. Missed appointments can result in penalty fees for Buyers.
- Exhibitors can report no-shows on the DUCO App using the “Missed Appointment” icon.
Best Practices Reminders
- Bring enough business cards for all your appointments – they are essential for building connections after DUCO.
- The DUCO App provider does not support exporting contact information to Excel. Participants are encouraged to exchange
contacts directly during appointments. - Attendees may not invite unauthorized guests (such as unregistered colleagues, company owners, or spouses) to any DUCO functions.
- Be punctual.
- DUCO is a platform where suppliers invest to showcase their services. Any form of solicitation toward Exhibitors is strictly prohibited.
Important Notes for Exhibitors to Prepare for Appointments
- Storage is not available. DUCO encourages Exhibitors to use digital presentations.
- Electric outlets are not available at the appointment venues. Participants are strongly advised to bring extra batteries or portable
chargers. - Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided during appointments. Considering the importance of presentations during meetings, DUCO
recommends downloading all materials in advance and storing them offline as a precaution.
