Format: The service will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. This session format is intended for brief introductions and press release distribution. Each session will consist of 5-minute conversations to allow more participants to engage effectively. Exhibitors are welcome to invite their PR representatives. Please note that time is limited, and there is a limit of 2 representatives per company. 

Participants: Selected group of EU based journalists from international and Italian media outlets.
