This guide provides essential information to help you navigate all transportation services offered during DUCO. Our goal is to ensure smooth and timely transfers between your hosting hotel, appointment venues, and evening events. At DUCO, we proudly encourage mutualized transportation, helping minimize our collective environmental impact.
Daily Shuttles
- Complimentary shuttles operate between host hotels and event venues at pre-scheduled times, communicated via the DUCO App.
- Departures are punctual. To preserve the flow of the event, shuttles cannot wait for late arrivals, who will be responsible for their own transfer.
- Routes and timings are pre-defined and may not be adjusted with drivers.
- Some venues are within walking distance, in which case transportation will not be provided.
Shared & Rotating Service:
- Transportation is shared with fellow Travel Advisors and may include up to three stops along the route.
- As vehicles operate on a continuous rotation, brief waiting periods may occur.
Evening Events:
- When evening events require transportation, shuttles will be arranged with designated departure points and times, available on the DUCO App.
- Depending on demand, return transfers may operate in grouped rotations and may include multiple stops.
Travel Advisor Etiquette:
To ensure a seamless experience for all:
- Be ready a few minutes before departure.
- Allow time for shared boarding and multi-stop routes.
- Refer to the DUCO App for real-time updates.
- Approach our DUCO Team at any moment.
