Participant Access
DUCO is a boutique event and we are unable to welcome unregistered visitors or spouses.
Access is limited to registered participants.
Badges
Please wear your DUCO Badge at all times. It will be requested at the entrance of all events.
The QR Code on each badge contains the contact details of each participant. To save it to your phone, simply scan the QR code and save the contact.
Online Agenda of Appointments
Participants will receive their personalized Agenda of Appointments up to one week before the summit via a unique link sent to their registered email.
The agenda will also be accessible in the DUCO App under “Event Program > My Schedule”.
Alternatively, the same link will be available in your DUCO App profile under “View Profile.”
No Printed Files: DUCO does not provide printed agendas, as the online format ensures more accurate and up-to-date information, including last-minute changes.
Lunch at Leisure
Lunch is scheduled from 12:50 PM to 3:10 PM, offering guests 2 hours and 20 minutes to enjoy at their leisure.
Participants may choose to remain at the appointment venue to catch up on emails or hold off-track meetings, with continued coffee break service available. For those leaving the venue for lunch, we kindly remind everyone to return on time for the afternoon appointments to avoid penalty fees for Buyer no-shows.
Transportation
Exhibitors
Transportation is not provided for Exhibitors, except on the following occasions:
1. Monday, October 13th – Registration and Cocktail | Round-trip transfers from Marbella city center to Finca Cortesin Beach Club (exact location and schedule to be confirmed).
2. Thursday, October 16th – Farewell Lunch | Transfer from the Venue of Appointments, Anantara Villa Padierna Palace, at 12:50 PM, to Puente Romano, for the Farewell lunch.
Buyers
- Airport transfers will be arranged for Buyers who have submitted a request.
- Shuttles are available between official hosting hotels and venues, excluding venues within walking distance.

Business Cards
Ensure you bring enough business cards for all your appointments – they are essential for building post-DUCO connections!
Messaging and attendee connections are available on the DUCO App.
The App provider does not support exporting contact information to Excel. We encourage all participants to exchange contacts directly during your interactions.
Printed Material/Storage
Storage is not available. DUCO encourages Exhibitors to use digital presentations (tablet or laptop) and avoid the use of printed brochures and other collaterals for the appointments to promote sustainable practices and minimize environmental impact.
Electricity
There are no electric outlets available to charge devices at the appointment venues, therefore an extra battery or portable charger is highly recommended.
Valuables
Please be aware of your personal belongings. Valuables should not be left unattended at any time. DUCO and the venues are not responsible for items that may be lost.
Internet
Complimentary wi-fi service is available during appointments.
Recognizing the importance of having materials readily available for appointments, DUCO encourages all participants to download presentations and sales content in advance and store them offline, as local internet connections may be unstable.
Climate
In October, Marbella enjoys mild and pleasant weather, with average daytime temperatures ranging from 18°C to 24°C. Light layers are recommended for daytime comfort, along with a light jacket or wrap for cooler evenings.
Walking & Comfortable Shoes
Some venues are within walking distance from each other; therefore, comfortable shoes are recommended.
The recommended dress code for each event is included on the Event Program and in Events & Venues session on the App.
Important Guidelines
- Attendees may not invite unauthorized guests to any DUCO functions.
- Please be punctual and do not skip any appointment.
- Buyers are prohibited from selling any kind of product or service to Exhibitors.
- DUCO is a platform where suppliers invest to showcase their services. Any form of solicitation toward Exhibitors is not permitted.
