DUCO is a niche, destination-oriented travel summit to promote on a year-round basis the Best of Spain & Portugal to top producers from English-speaking markets (mainly USA) and other global markets on smaller scale.

DUCO organizes one annual event in Marbella to promote the networking between high-end Spanish and Portuguese hospitality providers and some of the world’s most qualified travel advisors.

Buyers & Appointments

  • DUCO curates top producer advisors from the high-end travel industry, focusing on English-speaking markets (mainly USA).

  • All Buyers have verified portfolios of high-end clients in Spain and Portugal, matching Exhibitors’ target markets.
  • To maximize opportunities, buyers may attend appointments in DUOs (pairs).
  • Appointments are automatically confirmed by DUCO’s system; no preference selection is needed.
  • Appointments are pre-scheduled and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
  • DUCO App will be available for participants interaction prior to the event.
  • DUCO’s appointments may be held in various venues, with tables in rooms of different sizes and configurations.
  • Buyers move through the table sequence, with meetings immediately following one another.

  • A 1h20 lunch break will be provided, with continued coffee break service at appointment venue. Exhibitors hosting buyers for lunch must return on time for afternoon appointments. No-show penalties apply.
  • DUCO guarantees 1 official evening event. Additional events may be added to the Official Program, requiring mandatory Buyer participation.
  • Exhibitors may host private events only outside the Official Program. Invitations are limited to 12 advisors to ensure opportunities for all. Private events must be reported to DUCO in advance for Buyer support.
  • DUCO provides transportation for Exhibitors and Buyers during the summit, between Hotels Hosting Buyers and Official Venues locations, according
    to the timetable (excluding those within walking distance).
  • DUCO does not share mailing lists nor organizes or promotes non-Official Program activities.

DUCO brings to the City of Marbella approx. 150 frontline travel advisors per year, when Marbellí selected hotels greatly benefit from welcoming them at home, showcasing the property during the exclusive moment of DUCO.

A unique opportunity to welcome top qualified travel advisors to live your property’s outstanding service, absorb the experience, learn distinguishing features, build a relationship with the team and be more equipped to brief their clients and design itineraries.

Portfolio of Events

As a Co-Host collaboration, on top of the standard Exhibitor participation, Marbellí hotels are required to contribute with a minimum of 17% of the hotel’s room inventory to host Buyers for 4 nights, October 19th to 23rd 2026:

  • The Marbellí Exhibitor Format is mandatory for properties with 20 rooms or more, with a minimum of 3 rooms required.
  • For properties with more than 145 rooms, 25 rooms are required.
  • The rooming list is provided by DUCO about 1 month before the event.
  • Guests allocation is at DUCO’s sole discretion. While hosts’ preferences are thoughtfully considered, specific placements cannot be guaranteed.
  • For hosting additional advisors and/or offer special rates for Exhibitors, please consult DUCO’s Exhibitor Relations team.

In appreciation of our Hosting Buyers partnership, DUCO will provide one nominal and non-transferable invitation for the property’s Owner or General Manager, granting complimentary full access to the summit.
